螺旋CT在膝关节创伤性骨折中的应用

目的 评价螺旋 CT扫描及图像后处理在膝关节创伤性骨折中的诊断价值。方法 对 2 2例膝关节创伤性骨折进行高速螺旋 CT扫描并进行图像后处理 ,图像后处理包括多层面重组 (MPR)、三维重组 (3D)。结果 2 2例膝关节检查均获清晰图像 ,原始图像进行后处理后 ,能清晰、立体、直观显示骨折部位、范围及劈裂移位方向和塌陷程度。结论 螺旋

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of reconstruction spiral CT in the knee joint with fracutre.Methods Reconstruction was obtained from spiral CT scan in 20 patients with knee fracture.The reconstruction is composed of multiplanar reconstructions(MPR) and three dimensions(3D).3D images could be observed from many projections.Results The clear images from 22 examinations were obtained.Reconstruction from spiral CT clearly demonstrates not only the location and extend of the disorders but also the degree of splitting and extend of osseous depression.Conclusion The method of spiral CT and reconstruction can provide valuable information and play an important role in preoperation diagnosis of the knee joint with trauma fracture.
