高职院校的学生管理在长期的计划经济体制下,形成了以“管”、“堵”为主的管理思想和管理模式。随着教育改革的深入和高职教育的蓬勃发展,这种学生管理模式显然不能适应社会对人才发展的需要,高职院校全面推进素质教育的工作也难以得到落实。所以,我们必须以教育管理观念变革为先导,注重学生管理观念的转变,在学生工作中加强服务意识,以育人为本,注重依法治校,将高职院校的学生管理工作提高到一个新的水平。

It came into being the prohibition pattern of higher vocational institute's student management for the long plan economy system. This does not adapt to the requirement of talent development with the reform deepening and higher vocational education' development. So we must pay attention to the change of conception and strengthen the service consciousness and law consciousness for improving our student management level.
