摘要
从角色魅力、教育的可信度、班级凝聚力以及激励差生四个方面探讨了情感效应在班主任工作中的主要体现,强调了情感在班主任工作中的重要作用,并且指出:班主任要分析和研究学生的思想和情绪,坚持“以情动人”,“以理服人”。
By analyzing the charm of the role,reliability of the education,cohesion of the class and inspiring the lower proficient students, this article discussed the main embodiments of emotional effect and emphasized the importance of emotion in the class adviser' s work. Meanwhile, it was pointed out that the class adviser should study the students'thoughts and mood, insist on' touching the students with heart, persuading the students with reason'.
