摘要
中俄两国在经济体制改革中采用了不同的改革方式 ,改革难易的症结可以归结为改革成本问题 ,改革绩效应是评价改革方式是否成功的最重要标准。俄罗斯激进改革失败的原因和中国经济体制改革的经验值得思考。
China and Russia adopted different methods in their respective economic system reform. The crux of reform difficulty can be summed up to the reform cost. The reform achievements and results are the important standard of appraising the reform methods to be successful or not. The reason of the failure of Russian radical reform and the experience of Chinese economic system reform is worth thinking about.
