摘要
为了提高高职的教学质量,母爱教育应当成为办学的指导思想。在教学中,教师应重视与学生的情感交流。融洽的教学氛围,不仅能提高学生的学习积极性,提高教学的满意度,而且还能使教师充分享受到教学过程的快乐,从而达到提高教育质量的目的。
With a view to raising teaching quality, maternal love should be made a guiding principle in
education. In teaching, teachers should pay good attention to exchange of feelings and emotions. A harmonious environment serves not only to motivate students and raising satisfaction in teaching and learning, but also to make teaching an enjoyable experience to teachers which in turn raises teaching efficiency.
