肾上腺色腙片溶出度测定

The Dissolution Determination of Tabellae Carbazochromi

目的 建立肾上腺色腙片的溶出度测定方法。方法 选用《中国药典》2 0 0 0年版二部附录溶出度测定法第三法 ,紫外分光光度法检测。结果 肾上腺色腙的线性范围为 0 .991～ 6.93 7μg·m L- 1 ,r=0 .99999(n=6)。 结论 本方法可用于肾上腺色腙片的溶出度测定。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method of dissolution determination for tabellae carbazochromi.METHODS The 3rd dissolution method in the Chinese pharmacopoeia 2000 was used, UV spectrophotometry was adopted for the determination.RESULTS The linear ranges of carbazochromi was 0.991～6.937μg·mL -1 ,r=0.99999.CONCLUSION This method could be used for determination of dissolution of tabllae carbazochromi.
