药物依赖性的神经递质-信号传导机制的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 大量研究表明 ,神经递质系统如多巴胺递质系统、5 -HT递质系统、谷氨酸递质系统和信号传递途径如 AC-c AMP-PKA-CREB、NO-c GMP、Ca2 + -Ca M-Ca MK-CREB等参与了药物 (特别是吗啡类 )依赖性的形成 ,进一步探讨它们在依赖中的作用 ,可以为最终阐明药物依赖性的形成机制和研发戒毒药提供新的思路。 Several studies suggested that some neurotransmitters such as dopamine,5-HT,aminoglutaric and some signal pathways such as AC-cAMP-PKA-CREB、NO-cGMP、Ca 2+ -CaM-CaMK-CREB are critically involved in the process of drug dependence, especially morphine like compound; It can offer new idea to clarify finally the mechanism of drug dependence and to research and develop the new drug if we further explore their role in the drug dependence.
