摘要 目的研究甲状腺癌组织中IL-8,MCP-1和MIP-1α表达及其临床病理意义。方法50例甲状腺癌手术切除标本常规制作石蜡包埋切片,染色方法均为ABC免疫组化法。结果IL-8,MCP-1和MIPα表达阳性率分别为52.0%,56.0%和48.0%,其评分值分别是2.9±1.6,3.0±1.8和2.7±1.5;乳头状腺癌及颈淋巴结未转移病例三者阳性率及其评分明显低于未分化癌和颈淋巴结转移病例,均有显著差异(<0.05);三者表达评分均呈密切正相关(IL-8vsMCP-1,=0.58,<0.01;IL-8vsMIP-1α,=0.53,<0.01;MCP-1vsMIP-1α,=0.48,<0.01)。结论三者表达均为反映甲状腺癌进展、转移发生及预后的重要化学趋化因子,三者可能存在着相互影响和共同调控的作用途径。 Objective: To study the expressions of IL-8, MCP-1, MIP-1α and their clinicopathological significances in the thyroid cancer tissues. Methods: Immunohistochemical method of avidin-biotin complex was used on the routinely paraffin-embedded sections of complex from surgical specimen of 50 cases with thyroid cancer. Results: The positive rates of IL-8, MCP-1 and MIP-1α were 52.0%, 56.0% and 48.0%, and scores were (2.9±1.6), (3.0±1.8) and (2.7±1.5), respectively. The positive rates and scoring of IL-8, MCP-1, MIP-α in the cases with papillary adenocarcinoma were significantly lower without metastasis of neck lymphonode than that in those with undifferentiated carcinoma with metastasis of neck lymphnode. The closely positive correlations were found among the expressions of three factors (IL-8 vs MCP-1, r =0.58, P <0.01; IL-8 vs MIP-1α r =0.48, P <0.01). Conclusions: Three factors might be important chemokines for the reflecting the progression, metastatic status and prognosis of thyroid cancer. The functions of three factors might be co-regulated by themselves.
