腋部瘢痕挛缩畸形的整复体会

Repair of axilla scar deformity

目的介绍对腋部瘢痕挛缩畸形的较好矫治方法。方法分别采用Z改形术或局部皮瓣转移术、局部皮瓣转移结合皮片移植术、单纯皮片移植术对24例腋部瘢痕挛畸形或腋部并肘部瘢痕挛缩畸形、上臂和胸壁瘢痕粘连畸形进行整复。结果所有皮瓣及皮片成活,瘢痕挛缩畸形得到纠正,随访半年至1年,行局部皮瓣术后的患肢功能恢复满意。结论根据瘢痕挛畸形情况,选择适当的治疗方法,首先应考虑用局部皮瓣修复腋部瘢痕挛缩畸形。

objective: To introduce a good method for the treatment of axilla scar deformity. Methods: In repairing the axilla scar deformity of 24 patients′ some of them suffered from elbow scar deformity, upper arm scar deformity, chest scar deformity, 'Z' plastic reconstruction, local flap, local combining with skin graft or skin graft were complished. Results: Postoperative follow-up of 24 patients for a half to one year showed satisfactory improvement of the axilla activities. Conclusions: Local flap operation is quite useful for repair of axilla scar deformity.
