目的:探讨人工髋关节置换术病人围手术期护理.方法:通过对450例人工髋关节置换术病人术前的沟通和功能 锻炼指导,术后防止关节脱位的护理,预防血栓的护理,疼痛的处理以及镇痛后的观察,早期指导康复锻炼以及出院指导.结 论:护士在人工髋关节围手术期的观察,护理与指导对于减少术后并发症,对于提高手术成功率来说非常重要.

Objective: To explore the importance of perioperative nursing for total hip replacement. Methods: To communicate with the patients preoperatively and give proper instructions postoperatively, such as the prevention from dislocation of the prostheses and the formation of thromboembolism, the observation of the pain or pain relief. To provide guidance for early rehabilitation of the hip joint Results: All the 450 patients returned with no severe complications. The function of the 95% joints was good or excellent. Conclusion: The nurses played an important role in the perioperative management of total hip replacement The satisfactory nursing could lower the complications.
