国际河流研究的意义与发展

THE SIGNIFICATION AND PRACTICE OF RESEARCHES ONTHE INTERNATIONAL RIVERS

本文阐述了国际河流研究的迫切性和开发的主要方式及产生的问题,对开发国际河流的主要法规和水资源的合理分配进行了分析和论证,阐明了所要研究的主要内容、方法和手段以及加强这一研究对维护我国权益,发展边疆地区经济,推动地理分支学科发展的意义。

Owing to development of economics, growth of population and rapid progress of urbanization , the global shortage of water becomes more serious and the disputes on the water resources a-mong some countries have been growing in intensity for a long time. Therefore, the researches on scientific exploigtage of the international rivers and rational allotment of the water resources will be an important global theme in the future. The research achievements of the thesis focus in the following aspects:1. enumerating and analysing the various viewpoints on exploitage of the international rivers.2. researching the exploiting ways of the international rivers.3. commenting on the main laws and regulations of developing the international rivers.4. concluding several viewpoints of the author's on the rational allotment of the water resources of the international rivers by much research work.Quantity of the international rivers and the water resources of China stands at the fore in the world. Strengthening research on the international rivers will be greatly beneficial to defending our state sovereignty, developing economics of the borderlands and improving relationships with the neighboring countries. In addition, various academic subjects will be involve in the research of international rivers. Therefore, the research will promote to develop new directions, contents, methods and some subjects of geography.
