本文分析了证券行业人力资源管理的特点,创造性地构筑了"一个系统、两个战略、三个层面、四个主体、五大机制"的证券行业人力资源管理系统,并展望了证券行业人力资源的发展前景。
The thesis analyses the characteristics of human resources management in security industries,creates the system of management of 'one system,two strategies,three levels,four bodies,five mechanisms' and predicts the prospects of it.
