摘要
在人力资源管理日显重要的今天,激励是企业留住人才、进行人才开发和管理的重要手段,但其结果仍不尽人意。事实上,激励是一把"双刃剑",它能吸引人才,也能赶走人才。因此,我们把激励分为积极激励和消极激励,对激励进行理性的再思考,以利于人力资源的开发和管理。
As the human resources management becomes more and more important,encouragement turns into an significant means for the enterprises to keep,develop and manage the talented persons,But the result is not satisfied.In fact,encouragement is a double-edge sward which can not only attract talented persons,but also should drive away them.Therefore,we can divide the encouragement into two parts,that is positive management and passive management and have a rational rethinking on it so as to benefit the development and management of human resources.
