摘要
根据简化的翻卸结构模型和实际卸载过程,确定了该机构中翻卸油缸的力学模型,并据此进行了优化分析,其结论是:当车箱的基本尺寸确定后,翻卸机构存在一个具体、较优的结构形式;车箱后挡板高度对机构的载荷影响不大;翻卸油缸的安装位置存在一个使油缸受力较小的点。
Mechanical analysis and optimal design of the self-dumping mechanism of a truck reliably produce better structure and performance of the mechanism. Based on the simplified structure model and practical dumping process, this paper determines the mechanical formula of its dumping cylinder. The consequent optimization concludes as follows; (1)A more proper structure mode responds to a truck box which has given parameters; (2) The hight of the box apron is of very little effect on the burden of the mechanism; (3) A peculiar location of the dumping cylinder makes the burden minimum.
