非典之后再看系统思考

摘要 非典过后,许多药品生产厂家在短暂获利后陷入了由于大量积压而造成的危机之中。其中原因有很多,关键在于缺乏系统思考。在实际管理工作中,缺乏系统思考的现象仍然比比皆是,根本原因是对系统中的构成要素缺乏完整的了解。要系统思考,必须学会整体、动态、本质地思考,只有这样,才能见树又见林,抓住问题的实质。 After SARS, many leechdom factories had gained in a short time and then got in crisis caused by a great deal overstock. There are many reasons, but the most important one is short of system thinking. However,in the activities of the practical management the phenomena of lack of system thinking still exist. The basic cause is that the elements of the whole system can't be understood. System thinking must be whole thinking, dynamic thinking, and constitutionally thinking. By doing so, the governors can see the whole forest instead of one tree and seize the essential of the problem.
