摘要
山东省的民办高校大都建立了专兼职结合的师资队伍,其中专职教师队伍总体优于全国民办高校的平均水平和同省的国办专科院校,但在学历、年龄、职称、知识等结构和稳定性上存在问题和不足。要优化民办高校的师资队伍,一是加快教育体制改革,改善民办高校的办学环境;二是充分利用民办高校的灵活机制,解决教师普遍关心的工资福利、稳定的养老与医疗保险等现实问题。
Most of Shandong non-governmental institutions of higher learning have constituted their own teaching staff with full- and part-time instructors in combination, among which the full-time instructors' general academic competence is superior to the average competence of China's other non-governmental institutions of higher learning, and to that of their state-run counterparts in Shandong, there, however, still exist problems and deficiencyies in terms of their education, age, academic title and scholastic repertory, and in terms of their devotion to their present profession. To ameliorate the teaching staff, one of the methods to be taken is to accelerate educational system reform and to improve the school-running conditions; the other is to take full advantage of the flexible running mode of non-governmental institutions of higher learning and solve the practical issues of wage and welfare, endowment insurance and medical care which every instructor is concerned about.
