摘要
班主任批评学生时应做到:牢记批评目的,尊重学生人格;尽量避免公开批评和正式批评;选择适当的时机和心境;批语的方式方法要因人制宜;要就事论事,不连类而及;要使批评有积极而愉快的结果.
When Class Adviser performs criticizing,he or whe should keep firmly in heart the purpose of criticizing,respect pupil's personality,avoid public and formal criticizing,select suitable chances and mental mood,adopt different method according to different pupil,so that the criticizing can achieve good result.
