Introspective Teaching Requires Teachers' Introspection

反思教学是教师对过去教学经验的一种回忆、思考、评价的过程。反思教学对教师素质及其专业的发展具有推动作用。反思型教师具有问题意识、责任意识和自我教育意识。教师反思的方式多种多样,诸如行动研究反思、对话性日志反思、习惯性反思等。

Introspective teaching is a process of the teachers' recalling,thinking and evaluating of their past teaching experience.Introspective teaching will foster the development of the teachers'qualities and specialities.The teachers who are capable of introspecting have the awareness of questions,responsibilities and self-education.There are such different ways of teachers'introspection as the introspection of action searching,dialogue diary and habits etc.
