摘要
随着专科学校规模不断扩大,尤其是升格为本科院校后,将开设大量新实验项目,承担更多科研项目,实验队伍亟需扩充。因此,建立一个统一的管理机构是必要的。建立校级实验室管理中心,定岗定编,明确职责,分工协作,将对实验室统筹安排、合理布局,对实验物资统一调配,实现实验室协调稳定发展有着重要意义。
With the expanding of the college,especially when it is promoted to be a university,there are many new experiments to be made, more research projects to be undertaken and there is a need to expand the experiment group,so it is necessary to establish a unified administration centre.Establishing a university-based laboratories administration centre with fixed number of staff and fixed duties,more tasks will be carried out through cooperations.The laboratories will be given unified arrangement and proper layout.The experimental materials will be given unified distribution.It is of great importance to the collaborative and stable development of the laboratories.
