摘要 在参考现代中西方教学评价资料与理论的基础上,运用访谈、问卷、文献分析等方法,对我国师范学院现行教学评价制度进行了实证研究。主要是以某师范学院为典型个案,在肯定成绩的同时分析了其存在的四个问题与不足,并针对性地提出了六条改进建议,旨在改革现行奖惩性教学评价制度,实施发展性教学评价制度。 This paper studies the present teaching appraisal system in the teachers' colleges in our country based on consulting many information and theories about teaching appraisal system in china and western countries and using these means of interview, questionnaire and analyzing - documents. The study takes some teacher college as a typical case. We accept some achievements and put forwards four defects, six reformative suggestions, and hope to reform the present teaching appraisal system of reward and punishment and practice expansibility teaching appraisal system.
