The Re-realization on the Theory of Marxism Human Rights

当前国际人权领域的理论之争颇为激烈。如何运用马克思主义人权理论对西方错误人权思潮的攻击展开有力的反击,是我国学术界面临的一个重大课题。该文在对马克思主义人权理论的若干原理进行较为详细的梳理的同时,简要剖析了西方资产阶级人权思想的实质,对社会主义国家的人权理论和实践也作了一定程度的探讨。

There are some very intensive disputes over the international human rights nowadays. How to counterattack the wrong provocation of western thoughts with Marxism theory is a great and realistic problem. This paper discusses mainly several principles of Marxism human rights, analyses simply the essence of the western Capitalist human rights, and explores the theory and practice of our socialist human rights in some degrees.
