摘要
随着高校人事制度改革的纵深推进,高校在用人制度、分配制度及教职工民主参与学校管理等方面作了改革的尝试,取得了一定的成绩,但从本质上看,人事制度固有的弊端依然存在。建立多种聘用制度,变身份管理为岗位管理;实行灵活自主的分配激励机制;鼓励和引导教职工民主参与学校改革和管理,这些机制的建立是将高校人事制度改革向更深层推进的关键所在。
With the development of college personnel system reformation, the employment system, distribution system and the democratic participation in the management of the staff have improved greatly. However, there still exists intrinsic malpractice. We are obliged to establish diversified engagement methods, carrying on post management instead of states management. The flexible independent distributive stimulus is totally essential in encouraging the staff to college reformation and management. All of the above will promote the personnel system reformation greatly and profoundly.
