The Extraction of High Profitable Custom's Characteristics Based on Variable Precision Rough Set

摘要 车险是保险公司的主要业务,能否发现车险高利润客户,并为其提供个性化服务已经成为保险公司是否取得竞争优势的关键。论文在分析可变精度粗糙集模型(VPRS)的基础上,采用Rosetta软件对海量的车险客户数据进行挖掘,挖出了高利润客户的特征。 Vehicle insurance has been the main business of property insurance Corp. Whether or not insurance Corp can find high profitable custom has become the key factor on success. Based on the analysis of VPRS model, the paper extracts high profitable custom's Characteristics by means of Rosetta Software from a great deal of vehicle insurance custom data.
