PTT等弹性纤维的弹性回复性能比较 被引量:21

摘要 实测了PTT、PBT的DTY长丝与PA66的高弹丝、氨纶包芯纱的应力—应变曲线和定伸长10%、…30%条件下的急、缓弹性回复率。通过比较分析发现,PTT长丝的模量最低、弹性回复率最高、急弹性回复性能最好;而PA66高弹丝的模量大于PTT和PBT,弹性回复率小于后二者;PBT长丝的模量和弹性回复性能都在PTT和PA66之间,缓弹性回复性能最好;氨纶的突出特点是伸长率高,但氨纶包芯纱的弹性回复率低于PTT、PBT、PA66长丝。 Stress-strain curves and repeated stretch property of PTT, PBT, PA66 filaments and core-spun yarns with Lycra were measured. The following things were found out by comparing measured results: The lowest modulus and highest elongation recovery ratio can be offered by PTT, the modulus of PA66 is higher than PTT and PBT, and its elongation recovery ratio is lower than PTT and PBT, the modulus and recovery ration of PBT is between PTT and PA66, Lycra has the longest elongation but the core-spun yarn with Lycra shows the lowest recovery ratio because of the skin fiber.
