文章通过对产业结构升级的表现形式、升级的模式以及升级与外贸结构优化关系的分析,提出了构建利用外资、引进技术与产业结构升级三者间的良性循环模型。

This article mainly introduces the concepts of foreign capital utility, technology introducing and industrial structure upgrading. It also analyzes the relation among these three concepts and finally points out a model of well-ordered circulation for the above mentioned three concepts.
