摘要
文章研究了转化型领导风格与企业文化之间的关系,讨论了转化型领导的领导风格和其形成的特定情境,从客观情境—企业转型和领导者的个人魅力这两个角度分析了转化型领导对企业文化的形成所产生的直接影响,解释了转化型领导有助于企业文化产生的原因。
This article studies the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational culture. Conceptual introduction about organizational culture and its formulating condition is given at the very beginning of the article followed by a discussion about the leadership style and the specific condition of transformational leadership. An analysis of the immediate influence to the formulation of organizational culture as a result of transformational leadership is also given to explain why transformational leadership can make more contribution to the formulation of organizational culture.
