摘要
本文用分光光度法测定食品和水中钙的含量。在硝酸介质中,钙与二溴对甲偶氮磺形成蓝色的络合物,其最大吸收波长在628nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为5.5×10~4L.mol^(-1).cm^(-1)。钙量在0-12ug/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,方法有很好的选择性,直接用于测定花生、奶粉、水中钙的含量。
A spectrophotometric method for the determination of calcium in food and water, In HNO3 mediun, calcium with DBMSA forms a blue complex, Its apparent molar absorptivity is 5.5×10~4L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1) at 628nm Beer's law is obeyed in the rang of 0 to 12ug of calcium in 25ml solution, the method has very good selectivity, calcium in peanut milk power and water can be determined directly, giving satisfactory result.
