结扎速血管闭合系统在妇科腹腔镜应用的效果观察及护理配合

目的探讨结扎速血管闭合系统在妇科腹腔镜手术中应用的护理配合。方法回顾性分析106例结扎速血管闭合系统在妇科腹腔镜手术中的手术护理配合过程。结果本组病例手术过程顺利,出血少,均痊愈出院。结论做好术前准备、熟悉结扎速血管闭合系统的使用方法及做好器械保养及管理等,可为手术的顺利进行提供可靠的保证。

To explore the nursing cooperation of LigaSure vessel sealing system applied in gynecological laparoscopic operations. Methods LigaSure vessel sealing system was used in 106 cases of gynecological laparoscopic operations. The nursing cooperation during the process of gynecological laparoscopic operation was analyzed. Results All cases were performed succes-sfully with little amount of blood loss. All of the patients were cured and discharged without any complication. Conclusion Good preoperative preparation, familiar manipulation and nice postoperative preservation can guarantee the success of laparoscopy .
