97例护理缺陷发生原因及人员结构的分析和对策

摘要 目的探讨护理缺陷发生的原因、人员结构并提出相应的对策。方法回顾性分析我院2001~2003年97例护理缺陷的情况,分别对缺陷原因、缺陷发生人员的工作年限、职称进行调查及分析。结果97例护理缺陷中,由于“三查七对”落实不到位的构成比最高,占缺陷总发生率的63.92%;缺陷发生频率与护士工作年限和职称密切相关(Spearman相关系数=0.726);发生护理缺陷的人员中,护士发生护理缺陷的比例最高,占55.67%。结论加强质量管理,提高护士的知识水平和素质培养是减少护理缺陷的关键。 To analyze the causes of nursing mistakes and introduce the management strategies. Methods Ninety seven cases of nursing mistakes in our hospital from 2001 to 2003 were investigated retrospectively. The causes and related factors were analyzed. Results The main cause was ascribed to incomplete implementation of nursing rules (63.92%). The occurrence of the mistakes was related to working duration and professional title of nurses (rs=0.726). Among the nursing staff who had nursing mistakes, those whose professional title was nurse accounted for 55.67%. Conclusion Incomplete implementation of nursing rules was the main cause of mistake. Nurses who are short of working experience are at high risk to make mistakes.
