摘要
从师资培训的三个不同用词--教师培训、教师教育和教师发展出发,归纳出三类不同的英语教学模式;通过对不同教学模式的比较,指出反思型教学模式的优越性;并就反思型英语教学的理据、操作及其意义做进一步阐述,以探讨促进教师发展的有效途径。
From the three concepts of teacher's training teacher's education and teacher's development,the article divides English teaching model into three categories and points out the strengths of reflective model in contrast with the other two. Furthermore, it discusses motivation, application and significance of reflective model in English teaching so as to explore effective way for teacher's development.
