企业要适应市场竞争 ,必须建立自己的企业定额 ,但是 ,目前企业定额在建筑领域的应用程度还很低。此文重点分析了企业定额未被推广的原因和建立企业定额的意义 ,并提出了建议。

Enterprises have to establish the norms of their own in order to adapt themselves to the market competition. However,the enterprise norms are rarely applied in the building field. This article focalizes an analysis of the reasons for the unpopularization of enterprise norms and the significance of establishing the same with proposals submitted as well.
