周围型小肺癌30例影像分析及病理基础

Imageing Analyzed and Pathologic Basis of the Peripheral Pulmonary Carcinoma

目的 :应用胸部正侧位片 ,及普通CT薄层扫描图象研究小肺癌的影像学征象。材料与方法 :对 30例病理证实的肺癌进行X线及CT征象分析。结果 :周围型小肺癌的X线、CT征象有 :毛刺征10例、空泡征 13例 ,癌周有尖角及胸膜凹陷征 9例 ,密度不均、边缘较模糊 10例 ,空洞 2例、条索影 9例。结论 :在周围型小肺癌的诊断上各种不同组织类型的小肺癌具有的X线。

Purpose:To evaluate imaging manifestation to use chest film and CT thin scan for diagnosis peripheral type small pulmonary carcinoma.Materials and Methods:Report 30 cases through pathologic confirmed small pulmonary carcinoma and to analyzed x-ray and CT signs.Results:Among 30 cases imaging show spiculation sign 10 cases,vacuole sign 13 cases,serrated sign and pleural indentation 9 cases,with varied density and edge blurred,2 cases with cavity,9 cases showed radial fibroid focus.Conclusion:Varied tissue kind pulmonary carcinoma X-ray and CT manifestation too varied.
