管系放样中下料长度精确控制方法的研究

Research on the Precision of Control Building Length in Marine Pipe Loft

就管系放样中下料长度精确控制方法进行了研究,针对TRIBON软件系统中缺省文件的设置,研究了其配置方法,提出了在船舶管系设计时可根据管子壁厚、管子外径或管子通径控制建造长度精确的3种方法及其数学算法并通过实船使用验证了本算法的准确性。

Some research work is done to control the precise building length in piping loft. After studying the default files in the TRBION software, the paper presents three methods and the arithmetic theory to solve the problem successfully.According to the pipe's thickness, out diameter or nominal diameter, building length can be decided.As a result, the method is proved to be exact in a practical marine.
