Analysis on Chinas Laws on Financing and Leasing after Entrance into WTO

融资租赁是具有新金融机能的新兴行业 ,中国融资租赁开始于 2 0世纪 80年代初 ,发展曲折。加入WTO以后 ,融资租赁业更是面临生死存亡的挑战 ,同时也带来了机遇。我国应在充分适应WTO法律原则的基础上 ,结合我国融资租赁业的特点调整融资租赁立法 ,发展我国融资租赁业。

Financing and Leasing is newly developing business with new financial functions. Chinas financing and leasing business began in 1980s,and has experienced a zigzag development phases. After Chinas entrance into WTO,the financing and leasing business has been facing fatal challenges,but in the mean time,there are also opportunities. China should develop her financing and leasing business on the basis of adapting WTOs legal principles,and by adjusting financing and leasing legislation with combined consideration of the characteristics of Chinas financing and leasing business.
