体现高校文化特性的关键是以人为本,注重人的全面发展。目前高校文化中出现了一些衰微现象,使良好的高校文化氛围受到冲突,这就需要高校教育工作者把握高校文化建设的基本内容,确立科学的指导思想,坚持先进文化的前进方向,促进高校文化的健康发展。

The key point embodying college cultural features is taking human development as the foundation, paying attention to students, all-round development. At present, college culture has some decline, which spoils the atmosphere of college culture. In the light of this situation, we should hold firmly the foundamental contents of college cultural construstion, establish scientific guiding ideology, stick to an advanced cultural orientation, promote the healthy development of collgeg culture.
