原发性高血压血浆利钠因子与血流动力学关系及药物干预的初步探讨 被引量:1

Relationship between plasma natriuretic factors and hemodynamics and effects of hypotensive drugs on it in essential hypertension

摘要 观察了59例原发性高血压(EH)病人血浆心钠素(ANP)及类洋地黄物质(EDLC)与血流动力学的关系及降压药物对其影响。结果:EH 病人血浆 ANP 显著降低而 EDLC 明显升高。ANP 与外用阻力(TPR)显著负相关,与心脏指数(CI)显著正相关,而 EDLC 仅与 TPR 呈显著正相关.经硝苯啶和哌唑嗪治疗后,病人血流动力学有明显改善,血浆 EDLC 显著降低。 The relationships between atrial natriuetie peptide(ANP),endogenous digitalis- -like compound(EDLC)and bemodynamies,and effects of hypotensive drugs on them in 59 essential hypertensive(EH)subjects were studied.The results showed that plasma levels of ANP decreased and EDLC inereased markedly in EH subjects.The plasma ANP level was negatively related to total peripheral resistance(TPR),and positively related to cardiac index,but the plasma EDLC level was only positively related to TPR.After therapy with nifedipine and pia- zosin,the hemodynamics was improved,and plasma EDLC level reduced significantly.
