摘要
随着经济全球化的到来 ,市场的竞争更加激烈 ,人才的流动更加无序。在这种环境中 ,如何让作为企业发展基石的商业秘密得到有效的保护 ,也就成了人们在理论上和实践上共同关心的一个焦点。竞业限制协议是在劳动关系中保护企业商业秘密的有效方法之一。本文就企业与劳动者签订竞业限制协议进行了初步探讨 ,主要分析了当前竞业限制协议存在的问题 。
The economic globalizatioin leads to the fierce competition and employee's disorder movement,One of focuses in theory and practice is on how to protect the business secrets effectively which are the foundation for enterprise's development.An agreement of prohibition of business strife is an effective method to protect business secret in trade agreement.In order to study the problem between employer and employee caused by the agreement of prohibition of business strife,this article discusses measures in the current agreement of prohibition of business strife.
