旅游管理专业设置、培养目标、培养模式、课程开发设计、实践训练等 ,都必须根据市场的需要来确定 ,并要根据市场要求的变化而进行适当调整。专业的培养目标以及培养模式、教学体系的设计是否准确合理 ,最终还要经过市场的检验。通过改革教学管理模式和运行机制 ,办出特色 ,打造品牌 ,不断提升旅游管理人才的层次和水平 ,不断开发人才的潜在智力 。
The set-up of curriculum, training target & mould, curriculum development & design and practical training of the Tour Management Speciality must be determined by the needs of the market and readjusted according to the change of the market. The accuracy and rationality of the training target, training mould and the design of teaching system would be finally verified by the market. Through the reform of teaching management mould and running system, the quality and level of the management of tour managing talents will be greatly improved, and the potential intelligence of the managing talents will be continually developed.
