在我国由计划经济体制向市场经济体制过渡的转型时期,职务犯罪现象增生。理论界许多学者从不同的角度探寻了职务犯罪增生的原因。转型时期,国家工作人员的思想意识也有一个变化过程,大多国家工作人员的职务犯罪的产生就与他们思想意识的转变有关。把握住他们的意识形态,对预防职务犯罪至关重要。

During the period of changing planning economy to market economy in China, the commissions of duty crimes are increasing. Many scholars in the academic circle have probed into the causes form various perspectives. During the transformation period, the ideology for the civil servants has been changed, which has much to do with their commissions of duty crimes. It is of much importance to take hold of their ideology so as to prevent them from commission of duty crimes.
