阵地控制是公安机关刑事侦查部门对易受犯罪嫌疑人侵害、利用以及犯罪嫌疑人经常涉足的行业、场所,采取公开和秘密的方法进行控制的一项经常性的重要的基础工作。要做好此项工作,刑侦部门必须做到:主控阵地要建好,专控阵地要理顺,队伍建设要加强,信息网络要通畅,"三警联勤"织大网。

Positional control is the important and basic work which is frequently taken by the criminal investigation section of public security organization to control openly or secretly the lines of work and sites which are easily encroached on and made use of by criminal suspects. To do this work better, the criminal investigation section must follow: the main position should be established well; the special position should be put in order; the team building should be strengthened; the information network should be unobstructed; the three types of policemen should cooperate so as to knit a big police net.
