摘要
目的 建立归脾丸的含量测定方法。方法 采用薄层扫描法测定其中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 平均回收率为97 2 2 %,RSD =3 16 %。结论 本法简便,结果准确,可用于该产品的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside IV in Guipi Pills. Methods The content of Astragaloside IV was determined by TLCS. Results The average recovery rate was 97.22%, and RSD was 3.16% respectively. Conclusion This method is simple and the results were accurate. It can be used for the quality control of the products.
