摘要
采用高效液相色谱法测定愈风宁心胶囊中葛根素的含量,方法简便,平均加样回收率为 98 2 4 %,RSD为 1 4 0 %(n =6 )。
HPLC was used in the determination of Puerarin in Yufeng Ningxin Capsules. The results showed that this method was simple and convenient. The average recovery rate of added sample was 98.24%, and RSD was 1.40% (n=6).
