摘要
硝酸甘油(Nitroglycein简称NTG)因扩血管作用出现及消退迅速,在心血管疾患的治疗中应用广泛;但NTG在治疗中产生耐药现象,限制了其长期疗效,综合作用机制及耐药性机制进展,干预其耐药性产生,巩固临床疗效。
Nitroglycein is being widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease for its rapid appearance and disappearance of vessel relaxation effect. But this effect is limited because of its drug resistance. Based on the review of mechanism, drug resistance intervention is done in order to enhance its effect.
