摘要
主要研究非织造布针刺工艺对非织造布栽培基质物理性状的影响。分析了影响无土栽培基质物理性状的主要工艺参数 ,采用响应曲面法 ,通过试验建立了针刺主要工艺参数与非织造布基质主要物理性状的数学模型 ,实现针刺工艺的优化。
This paper mainly discusses the influence of the needle-punching process of nonwoven on the main physical properties of substrate,and analyzes the primary processing parameters that influence these properties. Using Response Surface Methodology,the mathematical models about the needle-punching processing parameters and the main physical properties are established by experimentation,in this way,the needle-punching processing parameters are optimized.
