本文介绍了桂林市利用旧城改造的时机,集中物力、财力,统一规划、设计、施工,使地面建筑的新建与地下空间开发同步进行的经验。
The experience of new building construction parallel with utilization of underground space by overall planning, designing and construction and centralization of material and financial resources during old city reconstruction in Guilin was introduced.
