55例胃增生性息肉的临床分析 被引量：1

摘要 胃息肉分为腺瘤样息肉和增生性息肉,胃增生性息肉(gastrichyperplastic polyps,GHP)在胃息肉中比较常见,约占胃息肉的76%～90.6%[1].过去认为,GHP不易癌变,但近年来,国内外学者通过活检、切除标本及随访观察发现GHP可以经过不典型增生发生癌变[1-5].现就我科近期诊治的55例GHP的有关资料进行分析,以探讨其临床特点及癌变的可能性等.
