摘要
本文在8城市调研的基础上,对国内住宅地下室的居住情况进行了综合分析,目前国内住宅地下室的利用有成功的经验,也有不足之处。本文对住宅地下室的功能、环境条件、心理感觉等方面作了归纳,还对地下室施工、装修、经济性问题进行了初步探讨。
Based on data gathered from 8 cities in China, the utilization of basements in residences was analysed, the experience and lesson from utilization of basement in residence were reviewed. The function, environment and psycologieal sense of such basement were summarized. The construction, decoration and economical aspects for basements were studied as well.
