Law Issues in the Socialization Reformation of Universities' Logistics

高校后勤社会化是顺应历史潮流 ,尊重社会主义市场经济规律 ,谋求发展的必然结果 ,改革中涉及大量的法律问题 ,但各高校无论甲方还是乙方对高校后勤服务实体注册前后的法律地位问题、实施行为可能涉及的相关法律问题认识不够 ,研究不透 ,针对这两个问题结合相关法条作进一步探讨 ,以期使高校后勤社会化改革平稳、健康地推进。

The socialization reformation of universities' logistics is an inevitable outcome by following the historic trend,observing the rules of socialist marketing economy and seeking for development in the service. Many law issues come up in the reform. However,neither part A nor part B has a thorough perception and investigation into the status of law issues before and after the registration of universities' logistics entities and law issues possibly concerned in their practice. The thesis aims at a further exploration into these two guestions within the scope of the legal items concerned and with the hope that a stable and healthy headway can be made in the socialization reformation of universities' logistics.
