摘要
逐步将高校图书馆办成一个面向社会的开放性的教育资源中心是时代的需求 ,与之相对应的是图书馆管理发展的新模式———知识管理。探讨知识管理与建设高校图书馆教育资源中心模式的作用以及如何建设高校图书馆教育资源中心。
It is necessary to construct the academic library to be an educational resource center open to society. Knowledge management is a new management mode of library. This article discusses the function of knowledge management and the educational resource center,and the construction of educational resource center.
