摘要
通过对湖南郴州的中小学教师进行的教师工作满意度问卷调查 ,发现教师对薪水、工作性质、人际关系相对较满意 ,而对物理条件、进修晋升、领导管理不太满意 ;从而提出了改善条件、提供发展机会、参与管理、减轻压力等激励措施。
Through the teachers' job satisfaction questionnaire that handed out to the Primary and Middle school in ChenZhou HuNan,We find that teachers are relatively satisfied with salary,work character,and social interaction,comparing to physics condition,development and promotion,administration. Correspondingly,the school should take measures to stimulate teachers such as improving condition,offering development opportunity,participating in management,lightening oppression,etc.
